I met Edgar Torres and Panda Home Builer in late 2019. I wanted to move to a different city and wanted to sell my home. I didn’t want the stress or the hassle of preparing the property for sale, followed by the tedium of either listing it myself or with a broker and then having to schedule around their showings and open houses. Edgar made me a fair offer. I may have been able to sell it for a higher number, but if I calculate the savings in fees and repairs and allowances and uncertainty, his offer was not only reasonable, but it was also fair. I had offer from many other people to buy immediately, but those “serious” offers were laughable. The process with Edgar was easy. He is honest, we shook hands and I sold him my house.
